A TRAX tracking number is usually 12 to 14 digits long. The seller gets it when your order is booked and sent.

TRAX and Sonic Are the Same Network
TRAX Online Logistics (Pvt) Ltd runs the TRAX courier network. It also uses the name Sonic, so you may see “Sonic” or “Sonic | TRAX” on messages and websites.
TRAX’s own websites are sonic.pk/tracking, slgtrax.com and trax.pk. If a shop mentions any of these names, your parcel is with TRAX.

How a TRAX Parcel Moves
Most parcels go through these four steps:
The parcel gets a tracking number and is taken to the first sorting centre.
The parcel moves between sorting centres, by road or by air.
A local rider takes the parcel to your address.
Someone at the address receives the parcel and the delivery is recorded.
