1Papers You May Need
Each courier has its own list. Having these ready can speed things up:
1. Tax Number (NTN)
A National Tax Number from the FBR, in your business name, if you have one.
2. Bank Account Letter
A letter from your bank showing the account name and IBAN. Cash on delivery money is usually paid into this account.
3. CNIC Copies
Copies of the CNIC of the owner or company directors.
4. Proof of Your Business
A link to your online shop or social media page, or proof of your shop or warehouse.
2Agreeing Your Prices
The first price list is not always the final one. Ask about:
- Small parcels: Most online orders are light, so the price for the smallest weight step matters most.
- COD fee: Ask for the fee in writing, and whether it is lower if you send more parcels.
- Tax and fuel charges: Ask whether the price includes tax and any fuel charge.
- Payment schedule: Ask how often you will be paid for cash on delivery orders, and whether faster payment is possible.
