Number Styles by Courier
TCS Tracking Numbers (Usually 12 Digits)
Most TCS numbers are 12 digits with no letters. Some older ones start with W and 9 digits, or with C on business parcels. TCS helpline: 111-123-456.
Leopards Courier (LCS) Numbers (8 to 15 Characters)
Leopards consignment numbers are 8 to 15 characters long and can mix letters and numbers, with no spaces. Leopards helpline: 021-111-300-786.
Pakistan Post Numbers (9 Digits or 13 Characters)
UMS parcels inside Pakistan get a 9-digit number. Registered mail and international EMS use a 13-character code that ends in PK. Helpline: 111-111-117.
PostEx and Call Courier Numbers (11 to 14 Digits)
Both use numbers of 11 to 14 digits. Call Courier is now part of PostEx, and both use the helpline (042) 111-786-227.
M&P Numbers (7 to 11 Digits)
M&P numbers are usually 7 to 11 digits, with no letters. Its own tracker needs at least 7 digits. Helpline: (021) 111-202-202.
Aramex Numbers (9 to 11 Digits)
Most Aramex numbers have 10 or 11 digits; a few partner parcels include letters. Aramex Pakistan’s customer service number is (021) 3453-6626, and it has service centres in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
SMSA Express Numbers (Usually 12 Digits)
SMSA waybills are usually 12 digits (10 to 16 is possible), with no letters. SMSA brings parcels from Saudi Arabia and the Gulf and works with WFI Express in Pakistan. Global help line: +966 92000 9999.
Why a Number Might Not Match
If your number does not fit any style above, check for these common mistakes:
Text messages sometimes show numbers with spaces or dashes (for example "123-456-7890"). Remove them before you search.
Numbers starting with # or with shop codes like "INV-" are shop order numbers, not tracking numbers.
An 11 or 12-digit number could belong to TCS, SMSA Express, Aramex, PostEx or FedEx. Our search can check them for you.

How can I tell which courier has my parcel if the shop did not say?
Look at the length and letters of the number. A 13-character code ending in PK is Pakistan Post. A code starting with 1Z is UPS. Numbers made only of digits could belong to several couriers, so paste the number into our search box and we will check for you.
Why do some tracking numbers have letters and others only numbers?
Each courier makes its own numbers. Postal services such as Pakistan Post use 13-character codes with letters at the start and end. Many private couriers, such as TCS, use numbers only.
What if my number could belong to more than one courier?
Several couriers use numbers of similar length. Paste the number into our search box to check the couriers we support, or ask the shop which courier it used.
Can I find the courier from a shop order number like #4092?
No. Order numbers are the shop’s own records. Couriers cannot search them. Ask the shop for the courier tracking number, which is usually in the dispatch message.
