What to Do When Your Tracking Is Not Updating

If your tracking has said “In Transit” for more than 48 hours:

  • Check if a Sunday or public holiday fell in between. Most Pakistani couriers do not deliver on Sundays.
  • Winter fog or monsoon road closures can slow down road and bus transport.
  • If there is still no update after a few more working days, call the courier’s helpline with your tracking number and ask them to trace the parcel.
