Track My Parcel Multi-Courier Privacy Policy
Track My Parcel is an engineering product maintained by BestTech designed with a privacy-first architecture. We believe checking package deliveries should never require forfeiting personal confidentiality or creating unwanted digital profiles.

The Privacy-First Tracking Pledge
We do not require user accounts, passwords, or personal profiles. We do not sell tracking search data to marketing brokers, and we never expose unmasked recipient names or residential addresses returned by courier APIs.
1. What We Never Ask For
Unlike many commercial platforms, Track My Parcel does not request:
- User account registration, usernames, or passwords.
- CNIC numbers, passport numbers, or government IDs.
- Debit card pins, financial banking passwords, or payment instruments.
- Mandatory mobile phone numbers or personal email addresses to perform tracking lookups.
2. How Tracking Queries Are Handled
When you enter a consignment code, the request is transmitted over encrypted TLS connections to our server. Our backend queries the respective carrier gateway, receives the raw milestone data, parses it in temporary system memory, and delivers the normalized timeline back to your browser.
We do not log your tracking searches into persistent analytical profiles, and we do not connect your search queries to your personal identity.
3. Automatic Recipient PII Masking
Certain courier API responses include raw shipper and consignee records. To protect recipient confidentiality against unauthorized tracking lookups:
Our platform applies automated sanitization filters before rendering. Personal names and residential addresses are masked (for example, showing only city-level hubs or partially redacted names), preventing unauthorized viewers from harvesting customer contact details.
4. Local Device Storage
To provide convenient quick-access to your recently searched packages, our tracking box stores recent consignment numbers directly in your browser's local storage (localStorage).
This data remains entirely on your own physical computer or smartphone. It is never uploaded to our servers, and you can clear it at any time with a single click in your browser history settings.
5. Abuse Prevention & Contact Inquiries
Rate Limiting: To safeguard server availability from automated scrapers and denial-of-service bot attacks, our API employs in-memory sliding-window IP rate limiting. This telemetry is transient, stored only in short-term volatile memory, and used strictly for infrastructure security.
Contact Form Messages: When you voluntarily submit a message through our Contact Desk, the submitted information (name, email address, topic, and message text) is recorded to generate a support ticket (TMP-XXXXXX). This data is retained exclusively to investigate and reply to your inquiry and is never shared with third parties.
Frequently Asked Questions About User Privacy
Answers to common questions regarding our data storage and security practices.
Does Track My Parcel sell user parcel searches to marketing companies?
No. We do not monetize, sell, or rent your search history, IP addresses, or consignment tracking numbers to data brokers, marketers, or analytics aggregators.
Why does Track My Parcel mask recipient names and residential addresses?
Some courier company APIs return raw shipper and receiver details. To protect consumer privacy against unauthorized tracking snooping, our system automatically redacts recipient names and full physical addresses before rendering.
Is an account or phone number required to track parcels?
Never. Track My Parcel requires no user registration, email sign-up, password creation, or mobile phone number to look up shipment statuses across any supported courier network.
Where is my recent tracking search history saved?
Your recent queries are saved locally in your own browser via HTML5 localStorage. It stays on your device, is never uploaded to our servers, and can be cleared at any time with a single click.
