Independent site: Track My Parcel is an independent tracking tool made by BestTech. We are not owned by, sponsored by or linked to Leopards Courier. Brand names belong to their owners.

Finding Your Leopards Tracking Number

Leopards calls its tracking number a consignment number, or CN. It is usually 8 to 15 characters long and can mix letters and numbers. There are no spaces in it.

You will find the CN on your booking receipt. If you bought something online, the shop may send it to you by SMS or email once your order is booked. Type it into the box above exactly as it appears.

What LCS Means

LCS is short for Leopards Courier Services. The full company name is Leopards Courier Services (Pvt) Ltd. You may see LCS on receipts, on shop order pages or in a tracking result. It means the same courier.

So if a shop says your parcel was sent by LCS, you can track it here as a Leopards parcel.

Contacting Leopards

For a parcel problem, call the Leopards helpline on 021-111-300-786 or email customerservice@leopardscourier.com. Have your CN ready before you call. It helps the agent find your parcel quickly.

We are an independent site. We cannot change an address, hold a parcel or open a complaint for you. Only Leopards can do that.

Seller Accounts Stay on Leopards Websites

If you send parcels as a business, your account and order tools are on the Leopards merchant site at merchantapi.leopardscourier.com. Log in there, not on other websites.

Track My Parcel never needs an account or a password to track a Leopards parcel. If any page asks for your Leopards login in order to track, do not enter it.

Delivery Steps

How a Leopards Courier Parcel Moves

Most parcels go through these four steps:

1Booked and Picked Up

The parcel gets a tracking number and is taken to the first sorting centre.

2In Transit

The parcel moves between sorting centres, by road or by air.

3Out for Delivery

A local rider takes the parcel to your address.

4Delivered

Someone at the address receives the parcel and the delivery is recorded.
