Call centre staff find your parcel with the tracking number (CN), not your CNIC or name. Have the full number in front of you.
2. Write down your complaint number
Always ask for a complaint or reference number before you hang up. You will need it to follow up or take the complaint further.
3. Try to call early in the day
Lines are often busiest in the middle of the day, so calling earlier may get you through sooner.
