1. Trademarks & Intellectual Property

Fair Use Reference of Brand Names

All brand names, product titles, acronyms (such as LCS, UMS, COD), service marks, and trade designations displayed across this website belong exclusively to their respective corporate copyright and trademark holders.

Their reference on Track My Parcel is strictly nominative and informational—intended solely to identify the courier network responsible for physical parcel transit, enabling users to direct inquiries to the appropriate logistics organization.

2. Upstream Telemetry & Latency

As-Is Sourcing from Third-Party Feeds

Milestone timestamps, scan remarks, and location checkpoints shown on Track My Parcel originate directly from third-party courier databases and aggregator gateways. We make no representations or warranties regarding real-time synchronization, accuracy, or completeness.

During line-haul transit through remote areas, bad weather, or system maintenance windows, status updates may experience latency. For legal or commercial contracts, only records issued directly by the courier company have authoritative standing.

3. Non-Carrier Status & Physical Custody

Zero Physical Possession of Shipments

Track My Parcel is a software search interface, not a courier, freight forwarder, or delivery agent. At no point does Track My Parcel receive, sort, transport, store, or physically touch any parcel or document.

We cannot dispatch delivery riders, expedite customs clearance, intercept packages in transit, or modify consignee delivery instructions. All physical delivery logistics remain solely the responsibility of the handling courier.

4. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) & Financial Non-Liability

Zero Financial Intermediation

Track My Parcel does not collect, receive, hold, or remit cash-on-delivery (COD) amounts, shipping tariffs, insurance premiums, or customs duties.

Any financial disputes—including incorrect COD invoice billing, unremitted merchant funds, or delivery charge disputes—must be resolved between the consignee, the merchant seller, and the courier company under their commercial contract.

How to File Official Delivery Disputes & Claims

If your package is lost, damaged, stolen, or substantially delayed, Track My Parcel cannot initiate an internal carrier investigation on your behalf. To ensure your claim is formally registered:

  • Contact the handling courier's customer service department immediately with your original booking receipt.
  • For online retail orders, notify the merchant seller right away, as commercial senders often maintain dedicated account managers with priority claim handling.
  • Retain original packaging and damaged items if reporting transit damage.
