A PostEx tracking number is 11 to 14 digits long, with no letters. The shop gets it when it books your order with PostEx.

What PostEx Does
PostEx is based in Lahore. It delivers parcels for online shops, and many of them are cash on delivery (COD) orders. PostEx can also pay sellers part of the order value early.
That means most people who track a PostEx parcel are waiting for something they bought online. The shop you bought from is your first contact for order questions.

When Tracking Looks Stuck
If the status has not changed for a while, first check that the number is right. Then check again later, as scans only update when the parcel is scanned.
If nothing changes, contact the shop and PostEx with your tracking number.
