Each tracking update is a scan at a stop along the way:
The shop books the parcel in its account. A tracking number is made, but the parcel is still in the shop’s warehouse.
A rider collects the parcel and takes it to the city sorting hub. The first scan happens here.
The parcel travels by air or road towards the hub in your city.
The parcel is added to a local delivery round. The status changes to “Out for Delivery” when the rider sets off to your address.
Tracking Not Working? Common Problems
If your tracking shows something unexpected, try these tips:
Consignment Not Found
Check that no letters were typed instead of numbers (for example “O” instead of “0”). If the parcel was booked today, check again later in the day.
Out for Delivery Delayed
Riders deliver during the day. Keep your phone on so the rider can call you. If you miss the rider, the courier usually tries again.
On Hold or Address Incomplete
Call the courier’s helpline straight away with your tracking number and a landmark. You may also be able to collect the parcel from the local office with your original CNIC.
