Parcel Tracking FAQ: Track My Parcel Help Centre

Clear answers on how tracking works here, why updates can be slow and what each status means for Pakistani couriers.

Can I track a parcel if I do not know which courier has it?↓

Yes. Type your tracking number into the box on our home page. Track My Parcel looks at the number’s pattern and checks it with the Pakistani couriers we support until it finds your parcel. You do not need to sign up, download an app or choose the courier first.

Why pick a courier before I search?↓

If you pick a courier (such as TCS, Leopards or PostEx), we check that courier first, before trying the others. This gives you the fastest result when you already know the courier from the shop’s shipping message.

Which couriers can I track on Track My Parcel?↓

We cover many couriers in Pakistan, including TCS, Leopards Courier, PostEx, TRAX, Call Courier, M&P Express, Pakistan Post (UMS and EMS), Daewoo Express Cargo, FastEx and BlueEx. We also cover Daraz Express, Rider, Fly Courier, Do Deliver, Tranzo, NK Fulfilment and TTS Courier, and international couriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, SMSA Express, Emirates Post, USPS, China Post, AliExpress (Cainiao) and DPD.

Is there a tracking API for online shops and software?↓

Yes. Our REST API (POST https://trackmyparcel.pk/v1/track) lets online shops, Shopify or WooCommerce stores and business systems track parcels from many couriers through one endpoint. It spots the courier from the number, returns a clean timeline and uses 1 credit for each successful lookup. You can read the documentation and create API keys on our Developer Portal.

Why does my tracking number say “No shipment record found”?↓

There are two common reasons. (1) A typing mistake: check for extra spaces, dashes or digits in the wrong order. (2) The courier has not scanned the parcel yet: when a shop books an order online, the number exists before the rider collects the parcel and scans it. Try again in a few hours.

What does “Out for Delivery” mean, and will the rider call me?↓

It means the parcel has reached the delivery office in your area and a rider has it on a motorbike or van for delivery today. Couriers usually deliver in the daytime, and riders often call before they reach your door, so keep your phone on.

What should I do about “Delivery Exception” or “On Hold”?↓

A delivery exception means the rider ran into a problem, such as an incomplete address, a locked door, a phone nobody answered or a request to deliver another day. The parcel usually goes back to the local branch for another try. Contact the courier’s local office or helpline soon to check your address and ask for delivery again.

What do “Return to Shipper” (RTS) and “RTO” mean?↓

RTS (return to shipper) or RTO (return to origin) means the parcel could not be delivered after several tries, or the receiver cancelled it, so it is going back to the seller. Once a return has started, the rider usually cannot deliver it to you. Ask the seller to send it again with a new tracking number.

Do I need an account or password to track a parcel here?↓

No. Track My Parcel is free and open to everyone. We never ask for your email, password or phone number to track a parcel. Your recent searches are saved only on your own device.

Is Track My Parcel part of any courier company?↓

No. Track My Parcel is an independent tracking site. It is not owned or run by any courier. Courier names and logos belong to their owners, and we use them only to name the courier.

Who do I contact if my parcel is damaged, late or has missing items?↓

Track My Parcel only shows tracking information. We do not carry parcels or collect cash. For complaints, damage claims or refunds, contact the courier that has your parcel or the shop that sent it. Our helpline page lists official courier phone numbers.

How long does a parcel take from Karachi to Lahore?↓

It depends on the courier and the service. Express and overnight services are usually faster than road cargo services. Most couriers have not published delivery times we could check, so ask your courier or the seller for an estimate for your parcel.

My tracking has not updated for 48 hours. What should I do?↓

Tracking updates when a barcode is scanned at a hub or on delivery. If nothing has changed for two days, it may be a Sunday or public holiday (most couriers in Pakistan do not deliver then), a long trip between cities or a busy period. If there is still no update after another day, call the courier’s helpline with your tracking number and booking details.

Can I track Pakistan Post registered mail or EMS here?↓

Yes. Type your 13-character Pakistan Post number (two letters, nine digits and PK) into the search box. Registered mail and EMS use this international format, which post offices in other countries use too.

How do I track a cash on delivery (COD) order?↓

After you order, the shop books your parcel and sends you the tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email. It may be called a “tracking ID”, “CN#” or “AWB”. Type that number into the Track My Parcel search box. You do not need to pay or sign up to track it.

What do “Shipment Booked” and “Manifested” mean?↓

The courier label has been made and the courier has the booking in its system, but the parcel has not been scanned yet. The first scan usually happens when a rider collects the parcel from the shop or it is handed in at a counter.

What does “Arrived at Destination City” mean?↓

The parcel has reached the sorting hub or delivery office in your city. Next, it is added to a rider’s delivery list and brought to your door.

Can I change my delivery address while the parcel is on its way?↓

Most Pakistani couriers do not let you change the address through a tracking site. To ask for a change, call the courier’s local office with your tracking number. Often the shop that booked the parcel has to ask for the change, because the booking is in its name.

What is the difference between a consignment number, CN# and AWB?↓

They all mean the number on your shipping label. Pakistani couriers usually call it a consignment number (CN#). International couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS call it an AWB (air waybill). Each one is linked to the barcode and is used to track your parcel.

Can I track international parcels coming to Pakistan?↓

Yes. For parcels sent with DHL, FedEx or UPS, type the waybill number. Postal parcels from USPS, Emirates Post or Pakistan Post EMS use the international format (two letters, nine digits and a country code such as US, AE or PK) and can be tracked here too.

What if tracking says “Delivered” but I did not get my parcel?↓

(1) Ask family, the building guard or neighbours if they took it for you. (2) Check the address on the booking matches your address. (3) Call the courier’s local helpline straight away with your tracking number and the delivery date, and ask them to check the delivery record.

How can I tell which courier is delivering my Daraz order?↓

Daraz uses its own Daraz Express (DEX) and partner couriers. Open your order in the Daraz app or website. Once the seller has sent the parcel, you will see the courier’s name and the tracking number there. Then type that number into Track My Parcel.

Do you store or share my tracking searches?↓

Track My Parcel looks up tracking data from the courier each time you search. We do not sell, share or keep a record of searches linked to you. Your recent searches are saved only on your own device and are not sent to anyone else. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.
